What’s better than a conversation between two great talents? Here’s an interview between Heidi Julavits (author of The Vanishers) and Jennifer Egan (A Visit From the Goon Squad). And on a more historical note, apparently Aldous Huxley wrote this letter to George Orwell upon reading Nineteen Eighty-Four.

Speaking of chilling dystopian revelations, a new “Hunger Games” clip released yesterday proves that  Lenny Kravitz stopped aging sometime around “Are You Gonna Go My Way.”

When American movies are released into foreign markets, sometimes their titles get lost in translation. For example, “Girl Interrupted” (based on the novel by Susanna Kaysen) is known in Japan as “17 Year-Old Girl’s Medical Chart.” And in Portugal, Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho” becomes simply “The Man Who Killed His Mother.”

What To Expect When You’re Expecting is the latest in a long line of nonfiction books being shaped into mainstream films (other examples include “Fast Food Nation” and “He’s Just Not That Into You”), and it’s also one of those giant ensemble cast pieces  like “New Year’s Eve,” which probably only get made because none of the stars have to work for more than three days. Here are some clips from the upcoming release. Will anyone  look at the time-honored pregnancy manual the same way ever again?
