"True Blood" may endure indefinitely as a TV series (season five starts this summer) but when it comes to the books, author Charlaine Harris is officially tapped out. After over a decade of novels featuring professional vampire paramour Sookie Stackhouse, Harris claims she doesn't "have anything left to tell." Her final installment, Dead Ever After, will arrive in 2013.

Speaking of directors' quirks, "Hairspray" and "Serial Mom" director John Waters was randomly spotted hitchhiking somewhere in Ohio yesterday. But that's not the weird part -- the indie band Here We Go Magic were the ones who spotted him and picked him up! Apparently hitchhiking is just one of Waters' beloved pastimes, so if you see him, give him a ride -- he even travels with a mix tape for you to listen to!
