The Sorcerer's Apprentice

The Sorcerer's Apprentice is a 2010 American fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Pictures and starring Nicolas Cage and Jay Baruchel. Cage plays a sorcerer who recruits a physics student, portrayed by Baruchel, as his apprentice.
