Word & Film is an editorial catalog of books and their screen adaptations. Cover art, posters and stills are shown at reduced size to identify the works we write about, with a source link on every page. Metadata comes from open sources (Wikidata, Open Library, Wikipedia); some promotional images are used on a fair-use basis.

If you are a rights holder (or their agent) and want an image or any other content removed or corrected, email [email protected] with:

1) the URL of the page on this site; 2) identification of the material you own; 3) your name and how we can verify you represent the rights holder.

We act on complete requests within 72 hours — no forms, no arguing. The catalog entry itself (title, year, factual metadata) stays; the disputed media is taken down.

Factual corrections — wrong poster matched to a film, wrong author photo — are welcome at the same address and are usually fixed faster.
