Yaprak Dökümü (The Fall of Leaves) is a Turkish television series. It is the adaptation of the 1930 novel of the same name by Reşat Nuri Güntekin. The series aired on Kanal D from September 13, 2006, to December 29, 2010, lasting 5 seasons and comprising 174 episodes. The show is set in Istanbul, Turkey, and it revolves around the fictional family Tekin, and how when they come to Istanbul that tears their family apart, and transforms them in a way they cannot imagine.
